The site for Menger Crossing retail center is located on a radiused portion of US Highway 87. The client's primary objective was to maximize each tenant's visibility to traffic. A cylindrical shape was chosen to serve as an organizing element as well as the main sign for the Center. Two wings of retail spaces spin off the cylinder fronting Highway 87 at different angles. All signage for the tenants is on the building, eliminating the need for a street sign and allowing for uninterrupted views and uncluttered landscaping.
