The first design concept for Menger North Retail Center proved too modern for the client. Option 2, a design that mirrors a nearby historic structure, the Kingsbury ranch house watch tower, was the logical alternate. The stone selected does not adequately pre-match the precedent. Perhaps Phase II will offer the opportunity to correct this problem?
