Experience ARCHITECTURE - Daniel was the Project Architect and Senior Project-Manager Architect on numerous residential projects ($1M+ budgets), institutional projects ($7.5M+ budget), commercial, religious, and governmental projects during his tenure with the following three outstanding, regional, state, and nationally recognized firms:
CITY PLANNING - Daniel was City Planner for the City of Del Rio, Texas (1975-1977) where he worked under the direction of the City Manager. Mr. Ochoa worked on updates to the City's Master Plan, acted as an advisor to the Planning & Zoning Commission, and conducted a number of urban design studies including a land-use/height restriction study for Del Rio Municipal Airport, housing inventory, flood control, major thoroughfare plan, etc.COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY-LEVEL TEACHING - Mr. Ochoa has taught University classes in various subjects:
